Putting a front is about all the two buildings adjoining the McMinnville Branch of the US National Bank of Oregon are doing. Workmen are nearly finished in gutting the structures from the rear to make way for a brand new bank building. When the bank is moved into its new quarters, the present bank building will be razed and a mall constructed, according to bank officials.
