One Of Oldest Dayton Buildings Changes Hands

A Dayton landmark and one of the oldest business buildings in the city, known as the Hibbert block, changed hands last week with it’s purchase by Mr. and Mrs, K.M. Akers. The property is actually two buildings and does not occupy an entire block but Ken and Mattie Akers now own a substantial portion of one.
