Oscar J. Chacon, a native of Costa Rica, Central America, is pictured here in the laboratory of the Farmers Cooperative Creamery where he is studying American technical and operation methods under a students exchange agreement of the Rockefeller foundation. Mr. Chacon has been in the United States about four months and spent several weeks at the Dairy Cooperative in Portland before coming to McMinnville.
