PRESENTING THE KEYS of a new car for the American Red Cross to S. James Osborne, right, executive secretary of the Red Cross for Yamhill county, is C.N. Bennett, worthy president of Fraternal Order of Eagles, McMinnville aerie No. 2159. The car was purchased from a special car fund started by the FOE as one of their projects. The fund was set up in 1944.
