The famous 1901 Locomobile owned by Ralph Wortman, McMinnville, leads the parade down McMinnville’s Third street Saturday as scene of ancient autos from the Oregon Historical Automobile Society attempted to retrace the historic trip to Tillamook made by Wortman’s car in 1904. Next in line is a 1904 2 cylinder Ford driven by Mr. and Mrs. Jim Rogers of Portland. Wortman’s car had a fuel pump failure and failed to make the entire trip but was repaired for a triumphant entry at Tillamook.
