SPEED AND TO SPARE-—-was the slogan of these midget racers as they put on a thrill-packed racing slate at the Shodeo grounds Sunday afternoon. An authorized race of the Oregon Midget Car Racing association, the competition drew top gas-burners from throughout the Northwest to race before a crowd which jammed the Shodeo grandstands. The races were presented under the auspices of the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Posse.
