March 27, 1962br/Jammed traffic resulted Friday afternoon on Three Mile Lane, east of McMinnville, when this large, frame workhouse, in the midst of a moving operation, tilted and stayed. The house completely blocked the westbound lane and brought arrest of Wilbur E. Koenig of Salem on two charges of not complying with his moving license provisions. He was charged with having no flagmen and with moving the house at the wrong time of day. A state officer, with assistance from two county deputies, directed traffic around the intruding structure.
