Utilization of high quality scrap pieces from maior lumber operations will provide woods for products to be manufactured by his firm, Millegan reported. Thursday he picked up and brought to his McMinnville plant, near Whiteson, a first load of materials from the Tillamook Lumber Co. Millegan hopes to have his plant in operation by Aug. 1.
