July 22, 1962br/HUGE EARTHMOVERS begun clearing the way for highway construction crews to pave the new by-pass highway, scheduled to be finished in the fall of 1963. Work on the project began last week, with McMinnville contractor C. C. Meisel scheduled to handle most of the work on the $1,060,000 proiect, which will include six overpasses and a bridge on the Yamhill River. Hot weather late this week aided Meisel on the project.
