On to Portland goes the second delivery of Pony Express mail through Yamhill county in honor of Oregon’s Centennial celebration. Riders from McMinnville Saddle club, left to right, John Wilgers, Gary Barichello, Joy Burcham and Ken Hess met near the McMinnville city limits where Wilgers and Barichello picked up the mail pouch to take it on to Dayton where the city staged a mock mail robbery.
