Truck Versus Pole -- McMinnville City Water and Light company workman has snow and darkness to contend with Saturday at 3 a.m. as he begins repairs on a power pole and lines knocked over by a jackknifing semi-trailer truck. The accident, at Linfield avenue and Highway resulted in damages to wires, a street light and sewer line. The truck almost struck the Lee Goff residence, 1143 S. Baker street. No one was injured in the accident.
