J.V. Bell “hangs up his broom” for the last time as he has announced his retirement from the position of custodian and caretaker at the McMinnville Elks temple. A member of the lodge since April 1917 “Vannie”, as he is known by his many friends from throughout the county, has held his job since March 1945.
