8-13-1959 Wagon Weighing Completed
Yamhill County state police opened the Dayton Junction weighing station early Thursday morning to weigh vehicles new to the scale, the Centennial wagons traveling form Dundee to Amity. Totaling almost 40,000 pounds, the seven wagons and harnessed teams had never been weighed before.
