The Lions Auxiliary Thrift Shop has opened at 724 North Evans. Run by Auxiliary members, ii will be open from 12 noon to 4 p.m. on Wednesdays and from 7 to 9 p.m.. on Fridays. Proceeds from theThrift Shop will be used for the Lions program of assistance to the blind and visually handicapped, Mid-Valley Workshop and local philanthropies. Looking over a garment that is for sale at the shop are (right) Mrs. Don Miller, chairman of the Thrift Shop and Mrs. Leon Babcock, past president of the Lions Auxiliary and shop worker.
