Out with the old, in with the new. That will soon be the case with the Yamhill County courthouse. Work on the new facility is now in its final stages and authorities are making plans to move into new offices some time in February. The picture above, taken opposite the Ford Street entrance to the new building, shows portions of both structure. Visible over the top of the new building is the arch of the old county courthouse which housed government offices since it was completed in 1888.
