City Attorney Eugene E. Marsh was honored at the council dinner and meeting Tuesday night for 35 years of continuous service to the city in the post. Rudy Windishar (right), only surviving member of the city council which hired Marsh on Dec. 11, 1931, attended the dinner. Between them is Councilman Donald C.
