Bean Fields Provide Employment For County Youngsters
Pickers wait in line to empty their bags into boxes for shipment to Blue Lake Packers, Inc. in Salem. This group is representative of the hundreds of youths employed at the CoIeman farm each bean season. The Coleman farm is one of the few places employing all local help because of being so close to McMinnville.
