Four McMinnville mail carriers with a total of 68 years of accident free driving while on the job were awarded the National Safety Council's safe driver award in special ceremonies Tuesday. Postmaster Bob Ballard made the presentation of awards to Kenneth Fender, rural carrier, 21 years; Leon L. Beal, mounted city route, 20 years; Agustus C. Henry, 15 years, and Rendon Clyde Clark, 13 years.
