Police Chiefs, school administrators and personnel from the Yamhill County Juvenile department met in McMinnville Wednesday afternoon to discuss problems of handling juveniles, establishment of better communications between various agencies and other problems facing juvenile authorities. The meeting was called by Gordon Welch, county juvenile officer.
