Sheridan-Under New Management-- The Big Dipper cafe in Sheridan gets a face-lifting prior to opening by new managers Mr. and Mrs. Dillard Elkins, formerly operators of the Chat and Chew cafe. Workmen installed a brick front on the building and interior revamping was included in change. The restaurant reopened this week.
