"A.W. Cameron this year celebrates his 25th anniversary as a McMinnville grocery proprietor and is pictured here with a portion of his annual canned foods display. Mr. Cameron's display last year for this annual event brought him national recognition and a handsome trophy. He came to McMinnville from Forest Grove in 1911 and worked for L.G. Laughlin until 1914 when he went into business for himself. Long prominent in civic affairs he is now a member of the city council."
