Yamhill-Carlton High School Principal Greg Neumann shows off his Y-C Tigers tattoo, which he added over the summer. "It's real!" he said. When he arrived at Y-C a year ago, he said, he promised seniors he'd get inked if they had a graduation rate of at least 80 percent. They exceeded the goal in June, when 85 percent of the Class of 2015 graduated. He said he'll add to the tattoo if the Class of 2016 had an 86 percent graduation rate.
